Shaadi Moment is a wedding vendor discovery and listing platform.
We do not provide wedding services directly. All services are offered by independent third-party vendors.
Shaadi Moment:
- • Does not guarantee service quality, pricing, or availability
- • Is not a party to any agreement between Users and Vendors
- • Is not responsible for disputes, delays, or service outcomes
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- • Provide accurate and truthful information
- • Communicate respectfully with vendors
- • Make independent decisions before booking any service
- • Handle payments, contracts, and confirmations directly with vendors unless stated otherwise
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on Shaadi Moment agree to:
- • Provide accurate business, pricing, and service details
- • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- • Deliver services as promised to users
- • Handle bookings, cancellations, and refunds directly with users unless otherwise specified
Shaadi Moment reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor listings at its discretion.
6. Account Registration & Security
Some features may require account creation. You are responsible for:
- • Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- • All activities under your account
Shaadi Moment is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, design, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of Shaadi Moment or its licensors.
Users and vendors may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. User & Vendor Content
Users and vendors may submit content such as images, descriptions, reviews, or messages.
By submitting content, you grant Shaadi Moment a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the Platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- • Attempt to bypass platform security
- • Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful activities
Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.
10. Payments, Fees & Transactions
Shaadi Moment may charge vendors service fees, commissions, or subscription charges, as applicable.
All payments between users and vendors are subject to their mutual agreement. Shaadi Moment is not responsible for payment disputes unless explicitly stated.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by individual vendor policies.
Shaadi Moment does not guarantee refunds and is not liable for vendor cancellation decisions.
12. Third-Party Links & Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Shaadi Moment does not control or endorse such websites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Shaadi Moment makes no warranties regarding:

- • Accuracy or reliability of listings
- • Uninterrupted or error-free access
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaadi Moment shall not be liable for:

- • Losses arising from vendor services or user decisions
- • Disputes between users and vendors
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaadi Moment from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
